We have the right and highest credentials available to professionals charged with marketing and public relations work.
Our team consists of two members of the Public Relations Society of America’s Counselors Academy, an organization of the nation’s senior-level public relations counselors, with membership by application and approval. Our President is an Accredited Public Relations (APR) specialist, the national certification that measures fundamental knowledge of communications theory and its application, establishes advanced capabilities in research, strategic planning, implementation and evaluation, and demonstrates a commitment to professional excellence and ethical conduct. Finally, our team includes a Certified Meeting Professional, a Certified Meeting and Event Manager, and three MBAs with Communication and Marketing emphasis.
Great people and great organizations do great work. As a division of Public Strategies, Pivot is proud of our team. We recruit and retain the best individuals in the industry. How are we able to do this? One reason is that PSI was named one of the “30 Best Places to Work in Oklahoma” in 2009, 2010 and 2011. We have also won numerous awards for our public relations work, including nine from the Public Relations Society of America.
Pivot Concepts was recognized at the 2012 Addy Awards winning both a gold and bronze medal for work done on The Reading Explorers and Thriving Marriages programs.
Public Strategies received two 2011 Upper Case Awards from PRSA (Public Relations Society of America)! - The projects entered were the work of Pivot Concepts, a division of Public Strategies.
